Repairs
Has your favorite Patagonia item been damaged?
We can help you get it repaired (just another perk of shopping local).
Bring in your damaged item, and we will ship out to the repair facility for you. They do amazing work!
As soon as it returns to the store, we’ll give you a call so that it can get right back into service.
This is a complimentary service provided at no cost to you by Marblehead Outfitters and Patagonia as a thank you for shopping locally and shopping sustainably.
Please note:
Repairs are typically done seamlessly to the eye and color matched meaning they look good as new!
Occasionally repairs are patched with off color scrap fabric in the name of sustainability. If that is a concern for you please let us know and we will clarify to Patagonia your preference.
Items should be clean (freshly washed) or they will be refused. If you have a hole in your garment you can place a duct tape or tape patch over it so as to not lose any filling. However, if you do, it’s on the way to be repaired anyways and Patagonia will fix it!
Repairs can take a bit of time (weeks to months), so we recommend bringing in your item in the off-season.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Occasionally our hand picked selection of apparel or gear may not be quite right and that is when we turn to a special order. At no additional cost to you we will order specific items just for you from any and all of our Vendors. Turn around time can be anywhere from a few days to a week depending on circumstances out of our control. We will inform you when your order has arrived via your preferred form of communication (email, phone call, text message, Facebook message, or Instagram message). Pre payment is not required, meaning now you can try before you buy at no commitment. Our complimentary services are available with special orders as well (curbside pickup, local delivery, gift wrapping).
Gifting a Patagonia item?
Great news! You or your giftee may return any Patagonia product to your nearest Patagonia store retail location at their discretion. Tags on and a receipt from us is preferred, however it is not required.
